Mercedes Kennedy began her competitive dance journey at just 3 years old and was accepted into the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School by the age of 15. Her passion for movement has remained unwavering throughout her career. As a competitive dancer, she earned national titles at Showbiz, Countdown Dance Nationals, and KAR, showcasing her versatility and dedication from a young age.

At 12, Mercedes expanded her training to include competitive cheerleading at a small gym in Lake Havasu, AZ, where she quickly fell in love with the sport. Just two seasons later, she joined the elite California All Stars San Marcos team. Her accomplishments there include winning the Cheerleading Summit in 2019 and earning a silver medal at the Cheerleading Worlds in 2021.

Mercedes also travels the country as a choreographer for Blejit Choreography Company, creating award-winning routines for teams nationwide. In addition, she serves as a judge for numerous dance and cheer competitions, bringing expert insight into scoring, performance quality, and technical execution.

At just 17 years old, Mercedes founded her own studio in Murrieta, CA, where she began specializing in turns, acrobatics, and tumbling. Her teaching philosophy centers on meeting each student where they are while pushing them to reach their highest potential. Mercedes is known for her ability to inspire growth, foster confidence, and accelerate progress in young performers.
