About FRAMEwrk
FRAMEwrk is a dance collective designed for high school dancers ready to merge their love of dance with on-camera creation.
Each quarter (12 weeks), dancers collaborate on:
One professionally filmed group piece that frames a story, concept, or idea.
One professionally filmed solo for reels, auditions, or social media.
The name FRAMEwrk reflects our mission: to frame stories, images, and ideas — building the structure and foundation that allows dancers to share their artistry in powerful, visual ways.
About the Coach
Elise Schaffroth has been shaping dancers’ journeys since the founding of Project Performer in 2021. An award-winning choreographer and nationally recognized dancer, Elise brings extensive training in contemporary, tap, lyrical, ballet, hip hop, and jazz. Her choreography has earned top honors on stages across the country, celebrated for its innovation and emotional resonance.
Elise’s approach centers on artistry and self-expression, encouraging dancers to find their own voice through movement and choreography. In FRAMEwrk, she guides high school dancers to develop as complete artists — not just performers — by exploring creativity, building resilience, and working together as a community.
Her holistic teaching style blends strong technical foundations with an emphasis on physical wellness and mental resilience. Classes with Elise are energetic, challenging, and empowering — designed to help dancers grow in skill, confidence, and self-awareness, while creating meaningful connections with their peers.
Elise is passionate about empowering high school dancers to explore their artistry, build confidence, and create opportunities through community and choreography.
How It Works
Quarterly Cycle (12 weeks):
Group rehearsals leading to a professionally filmed concept piece.
Individual coaching + filming for a mini-solo.
Guidance in artistry, performance, and on-camera presence.
Outcome: Each dancer walks away every quarter with two polished filmed projects — tangible work to showcase online, to agents/managers, or as part of a dance reel.
Why FRAMEwrk?
