Elise Schaffroth has been teaching at Project Performer since its founding in 2021 and is a nationally award-winning competitive dancer with extensive training in contemporary, tap, lyrical, ballet, hip hop, and jazz. Known for her innovative and emotionally resonant choreography, Elise has earned numerous choreography awards on competition stages across the country.

Beyond her technical expertise, Elise is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers through a holistic approach that combines strong technique, physical wellness, and mental resilience. Her classes are energetic, challenging, and empowering—designed to help dancers grow not only in skill, but in confidence and self-awareness.
