Dennis Peters received his BFA in Musical Theatre from Central Washington University, where he began working professionally in productions throughout the Seattle area. Select credits include Green Day’s American Idiot, The Sound of Music (Rolf), Fiddler on the Roof (Perchik), and The Drowsy Chaperone (Robert Martin).

Since moving to San Diego, Dennis has continued performing professionally throughout the region. Recent credits include Hairspray (Corny Collins) at New Village Arts, Lend Me a Soprano (Jerry) and Fully Committed (Sam) at Scripps Ranch Theatre, Catch Me If You Can (Agent Dollar) at San Diego Musical Theatre, and Eighty-Sixed (Zach) at Diversionary Theatre.

Dennis has also trained in improv at Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) and has taught improv to young performers at the Tony Award-winning La Jolla Playhouse. As both a performer and educator, he brings his professional experience in musical theatre, acting, and improvisation into the classroom.
