As an actor, Lulu was last seen as Jenna in Waitress at The Moonlight Amphitheatre. This summer she will return as Captain Beverly Bass in Come From Away. Her Broadway/National Tour credits include: School of Rock, Waitress, Bat Out of Hell. Off-Broadway: The York Theatre, Signature Theatre, Playwrights Horizons. As a Director, her most recent credits include High School Musical at San Diego Music Theatre and Beauty and the Beast at Westview High School. She served as Dance Captain on the Broadway production of School of Rock where in addition to maintaining the choreography onstage, Lulu trained nearly 70 replacement actors on their roles in the show. It was there she was bit by the teaching bug. In 2020, she launched The Broadway Clubhouse, a virtual meeting hub for Masterclasses and private lessons with some of Broadway’s biggest stars during the pandemic. Nowadays, Lulu is happy to be back in her hometown of San Diego, teaching and coaching in the same place it all began for her. Her greatest accomplishment and most favorite role of all is being Mama to her two little girls.
