Cancellations and Reschedules

Notification of cancellation of previously booked lessons must be received by us not less than 48 hours before the agreed start time for the lesson; or payment will remain due.

Notification of cancellation or reschedule can be made by phone (including voicemail), email or text.  The time stamped on the sent or received message will be used in calculation of the notice period.

No refunds will be made, regardless of the circumstances, for missed lessons (including those which cannot proceed owing to ill health). 

Lessons cancelled with less than 48-hours’ prior notice, or missed, will be charged at the full lesson rate. 

Release for Photography

I give permission for Project Performer, to publicize in any manner any photo or video of me or my child at any time. I will alert the managing director, Kayla Schaffroth, if I (or my child) do not wish to be photographed.

Release of Liability:

I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, assign and minor(s), I release and hold harmless Project Performer, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned while taking lessons. I understand I am responsible for my child up until lesson start time and immediately after lessons end.
